What can I upload?
PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint slides, text and Markdown notes, photos (PNG, JPG or WebP, or take one with your camera), audio recordings (M4A, MP3 or WAV) and videos (MP4, MOV, M4V or WebM).
Where do Tutor’s answers come from?
Tutor uses the course materials you upload. Each answer links to the page or slide it used, so you can open the source and check it yourself.
Is Hollen available on iPhone and Android?
Hollen is a mobile app for iPhone and Android. It is in early access right now; join the list and we’ll let you know when you can install it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 20 Tutor messages, 5 material uploads, 2 quizzes and 2 flashcard decks. Upgrade to Plus or Pro when you need higher limits.
How do I pay for Plus or Pro?
You pay in naira through Bachs or Paystack. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. You keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Which languages does the app support?
English and French.
Can I delete my account?
Go to Profile, then Delete account, in the app. If you cannot use the app, request deletion by email.
